Dear Students,

I regret to inform you that I will no longer be teaching at The Bronx High School of Science. I have transferred to The Urban Assembly School for Applied Math and Science, a small school in the south Bronx serving grades 6 through 12.

I want all of you to understand that my decision to leave had nothing to do with you. You are wonderful and it has been my pleasure and my privilege to teach all of you these past four years.

While I am looking forward to working with the students at AMS, I will truly miss you as well as my colleagues—the excellent teachers, guidance counselors, secretaries, and support staff at Science.
